Privacy policy
Draft for structure only. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Last updated 3 November 2026.
What we collect
Your answers to our questions, your name, email and mobile, your former partner's name (for a law firm's conflict check), a recording of your call with our team, and how you found us (for example which advertisement you clicked).
Why we collect it
To check whether a partner law firm can help you, to introduce you to one firm, and to book and remind you about your consultation.
Who we share it with
One partner law firm at a time, with your consent, so it can check for conflicts and prepare. Our booking and messaging providers process it on our behalf. We do not sell your details.
Call recording
Calls with our team are recorded after we tell you at the start. The recording and a written summary may be shared with the partner firm you are introduced to.
How long we keep it
Placeholder: retention period to be set. Lawyer to confirm, including what happens to answers from people we could not match.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.
